      Telephony Configuration

      The telephony configuration menu is where you can configure phone numbers that are assigned to your users.


      To access these settings:

      1. Sign in to your admin account or access your admin account within the Welcome menu.
      2. Next, on the left-hand menu, click Telephony.
      3. You'll see several sub-menu options appear. Select the option(s) you wish to configure.
