1 . In the Main Menu you will have access to the tools you need to do everything from scheduling and accessing your recordings, to monitoring your usage statistics.
See descriptions of each feature below:
- a. Schedule: will provide you with a list of past, current and future sessions (based on the day/time you defined when setting up the room). This is where you will go to edit the settings of your rooms as well.
- b. Recordings: will provide you a list of all of your recorded sessions, with an option to download them in .mp4 format.
- c. Messages: allows you send and receive messages, similar to web-based email.
- d. Address Book: allows you to easily manage your contacts in order to easily invite them into sessions or to send them a message.
- e. Usage Statistics: will provide you with a graph of your usage statistics. Each dot on the graph can be clicked on to view the specifics of your event. All stats can be exported via CSV file.
- f. Help: directly contact our dedicated support team to get help for any issue you might encounter.
