Telephony is configured on a per-user basis. Assign the user a pre-configured PhoneSync Server, a Gateway, and a phone number.
Here's how to do this:
- Go to Users in your Admin Settings section of your Account Center
- Next, locate the user you’d like to assign the PhoneSync Configuration to and click on his or her name.
- Click Telephony Details. Enter the information needed and save.
When an admin assigns a Bridge API-enabled phone number to a user, PIN codes typically get automatically assigned via the Bridge API when the user is saved.
Quick tip: an admin can optionally create a new set of PIN codes for the user when he wants.
